SHIPPING PRINTS

Prints are sent in heavy weight cardboard. They are either Flat Packed (preferred option) or in Tubes and are packed carefully. Prints are delivered via a tracked courier service and includes insurance.

• Ensure you supply your correct address, email and phone number when placing your order (we are not responsible for delivery of any originals or prints where incorrect details have been supplied)
• Shipping costs for New Zealand and International destinations are added at checkout
• Any international import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

• Please choose your print carefully as sales of any originals or prints are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind.
• If your originals or print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 5 days of receiving the print, this must be by email. Please keep all original packaging and the print, as we may require photos and the return of the print to process your damage insurance claim.
• We take every care to ensure your original or art print arrives to you safely.

PRINT CARE

• Tube: Removing Print Curl. Artwork original or print rolled or in tube: It is highly recommended that any print handling and especially back-rolling to remove curl is only undertaken by a professional framer.
• Flat Packed: Artwork original or print flat-packed should be kept safely in its flat pack until framed. Keep it somewhere it wont be damaged
• The removal of any dust from the surface should be managed by your framer, not by using any cloths or by hand
• Keep your original art or framed art print out of direct sunlight
• Do not hang your original art or art print in a damp environment e.g. Sauna, bathroom
• Use a professional framer
• DIY: Always use acid-free materials
