Concerns About Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry—just reach out to me, and I will promptly guide you on initiating your claim. Please note the following:
Visible Damage to Packaging:
In the rare event that your delivery arrives with visible damage to the packaging, kindly refrain from accepting it. Instead, instruct the courier to send it back to us.
Inspection Upon Arrival:
Ensure all orders are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Should your artwork arrive damaged, contact us within 10 days so we can swiftly follow up on how to accelerate your claim. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept claims for damage reported after 10 days from delivery.
Exchanges:
I replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Returns & Exchanges:
I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you would like to discuss this, simply contact me within 10 days of purchase. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase at [email protected]
Shipping Returns & Exchanges:
For any accepted returns or exchanges accepted on a case, by case basis.
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full amount of the purchased artwork. I cant guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
