Handling Time
Art Prints and Original Art is shipped after full payment, of art, insurance and shipping costs. We aim to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday. Depending on the order this may be up to 12-14 days. We do not ship on weekends. Some products, like pre-sale items or specialty items, may have extended shipping timelines, this will always be indicated in the product description.
Tracking numbers are autogenerated via email when the label for the order is printed, but movement may be delayed based on scanning time, and courier company pickup time. We appreciate your patience.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may be filled in multiple packages and may arrive separately, incurring no additional shipping charges. The original shipping charge will be split across multiple packages. Shipping to multiple addresses requires separate orders.

For giclee prints please allow extra time for printing:
- Prints on paper – one week
- Prints on canvas (including stretcher bars) – two to three weeks

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes
International Delivery
We use multiple reputable Courier Companies depending on the purchase, size, speed required, and destination. Such as, but not limited to Federal Express International, FedEx, DHL, Couriernz, Pack&Send.
Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes:
All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. International taxes and customs: some countries apply additional customs duty and taxes on items coming into their country before the goods can be released to the recipient. This extra cost is not covered by the shipping costs on our website and is unable to be calculated prior to sending, and is required to be paid by the goods recipient. Please refer to the customs website of your destination country for more information about customs duty and tax charges.
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
International shipping costs
Shipping is at the Buyer’s cost and is based on the size and weight of the artwork and your location. All Shipping options and costs can be found on purchasing at the Cart.
Damaged artwork that is insured
In the rare occurrence that your insured artwork arrives damaged from the courier, I will collaborate with the shipping company and the Buyer to facilitate a refund for the artwork, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the Artist.
